Shipping Info: US orders are shipped by USPS Media Mail (vinyl, CDs) or USPS First Class Mail (shirts, non-vinyl merchandise). All international orders are sent via USPS First Class International to the address entered into Bandcamp at the time of sale. International purchasers who desire some other sort of shipping need to inquire prior to placing orders. Packages returned to Stella Kola due to an incorrect or outdated shipping address or due to the recipient not claiming the package from their local postage facility will be resent pending receipt of a reshipment fee. Insurance and other services (signature requirements) are not included in the shipping prices assessed and are optional for buyers (domestic and international). We cannot serve as de facto insurance and replace non-insured packages for loss, damage, environmental conditions, etc.
